General Terms of Sale

Welcome to ADG Studio. We are delighted to count you among our customers. Les présentes General Terms of Sale (ci-après "CGV") are designed to be clear, transparent and to frame our commercial relationship in a spirit of service and mutual satisfaction. They govern all sales concluded between ADG Studio and its customers on the site www.adg-studio.fr. Taking the time to read them ensures a calm and transparent shopping experience.
For the clarity of this document, the following terms are defined as follows:
Seller or ADG Studio: The company ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, operating the e‑commerce site.
Client: Any adult natural person who is not a merchant and makes a purchase on the Site.
Site: The website accessible at the address www.adg-studio.fr.
Product: Any item or service offered for sale on the Site.
Order: The act of purchasing one or more Products by the Client on the Site.
Parties: The Seller and the Client, collectively.
Article 1: Identification of the Seller
The website www.adg-studio.fr (hereinafter "the Site") is published and operated by the company ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, whose legal information is as follows:

Article 2: Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by ADG Studio to the Customer.
They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by ADG Studio with non‑professional customers wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the Site. Any order placed on the Site implies full, unconditional and unconditioned acceptance of the CGV in force on the day of said order.
ADG Studio reserves the right to modify its CGV from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are posted online. The version applicable to the Client's purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.
Article 3: Products
3.1. Product Characteristics
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to available stock. ADG Studio takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the Client. The photographs aim to be as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness with the offered product, particularly with regard to colours.
3.2. Specific Features of Products from the Physical Store
The Client is informed that certain products offered on the Site come directly from our physical store located in Grenoble. These items may have been handled or tried on with care. Consequently, they may show very slight signs of handling (for example, slightly folded tags, the presence of a security staple). These particularities shall not be considered defects and are part of the purchasing experience of a product from a selection of designers.
3.3. Products Not Eligible for Return
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, and in accordance with article L.221-28 du Code de la consommation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products when they have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery:
- Socks;
- Underwear;
- Swimwear whose hygienic protection strip has been removed;
- Opened perfumes and cosmetic products.
Any return of these items will be refused if they are not in their original sealed packaging.
Article 4: Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product price.
The indicated prices do not include delivery charges, which are billed additionally and shown before the final order confirmation.
The price that prevails is the one displayed at the time of cart validation and payment by the Customer. This price is firm and contractual. ADG Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
In case of a manifestly negligible price display error (undue price), whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, etc.), the order, even if it has been validated by ADG Studio, will be cancelled. The Client will be informed as soon as possible and may, if desired, place the order again at the corrected and accurate price.
Article 5: Customer Account and Order Process
5.1. Account Creation
The Client may place an order as a guest or by creating a client account. Creating an account allows tracking orders and facilitating future purchases. The Client commits to providing accurate personal information and keeping it up to date.
5.2. Customer Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the order, notably regarding the delivery address. ADG Studio cannot be held liable for the consequences of an error or omission in the information provided (delivery delay, inability to deliver, etc.). The costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will then be borne by the Client.
5.3. Gift Orders
ADG Studio is pleased to accommodate your special requests. For a gift order, the Customer may specify this. In such case, no invoice or price indication will be inserted in the package. It is also possible to add a personalized message that will be attached to the order. The Customer is invited to write their message in the space provided for this purpose during the ordering process.
5.4. Billing
A digital invoice is automatically sent to the Customer by e‑mail upon validation of their Order. It also remains available upon request from customer service.
5.5. Archiving and Evidence
In accordance with article L. 213-1 of the Consumer Code, for any order exceeding 120 €, ADG Studio shall archive the electronic sales contract for a period of ten years and shall guarantee the Customer's access to it at any time during that period. The computerized records (connection logs, transactions) retained in the IT systems of ADG Studio and its partners under reasonable security conditions shall be considered as evidence of the communications, orders and payments that occurred between the parties.
Article 6: Pre‑orders
Important information : ADG Studio does not currently offer pre‑order products. This section is intended to apply only if and when this service is activated on the Site. The provisions below are therefore currently inactive.
When a product is offered for pre‑order, the following conditions will apply :
- Payment : Full payment of the price is required at the time the pre‑order is placed.
- Delivery date : An estimated delivery date will be indicated on the product sheet. This date is provided for information only and is not contractual. ADG Studio undertakes to keep the Customer informed of any significant change to the production or delivery schedule.
- Mixed orders : If an order contains both in‑stock products and pre‑order products, the order will be shipped in a single package once all products are available.
- Cancellation : The Customer may cancel their pre‑order at any time before the product’s shipping date by contacting customer service. A full refund will then be issued.
- Right of withdrawal: The 14‑day right of withdrawal applies from the date of actual receipt of the pre‑ordered product, under the same conditions as for a product in stock.
Article 7: Payment
7.1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment for purchases is made in cash on the day of the order. The Customer may pay the order using the following methods:
- Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Electronic wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.
- Payment solutions: Klarna, iDEAL, TWINT.
- Cryptocurrency: USDC (via compatible payment platform).
- Bank transfer: For this payment method, the order will be prepared and shipped only after actual receipt of funds in ADG Studio’s bank account. Bank details will be communicated to the Customer after order validation.
Payment by check is not accepted.
7.2. Transaction Security
The Site is secured by a security system. The payment process is protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Moreover, for payments by credit card, the 3D Secure security system (or an equivalent protocol such as “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode”) is enabled to authenticate the cardholder and prevent fraud.
Article 8: Fraud Prevention
Within the framework of its fraud prevention policy, ADG Studio uses the Shopify Fraud Analysis tool and reserves the right to verify the validity of payments before shipping the order.
Accordingly, ADG Studio may temporarily freeze an order in case of suspected fraud and reserves the right to require identity and/or address proof (such as a copy of the identity card and a proof of address) to verify the transaction. The order will then be confirmed only after receipt and verification of the submitted documents.
If the Client refuses to provide these documents, or if the documents do not allow the identity of the orderer and the authenticity of their address to be established with certainty, the order will be automatically cancelled and no charge will be made.
ADG Studio also reserves the right to block or cancel orders from a client account that presents repeated or proven fraud attempts.
Article 9: Retention of Title
The products remain the full and complete property of ADG Studio until full and effective payment of the price, principal, fees and taxes included. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the Client, upon delivery, of the risk of loss or deterioration of the purchased goods as well as any damage they may cause.
Article 10: Product Availability and Stock Management
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock. Stock management being shared with our physical store, an unexpected stock shortage may exceptionally occur (for example, in case of simultaneous sales in store and online).
In such an event, ADG Studio commits to implement the following procedure, designed to provide the Client with the best possible service:
- Priority contact by phone: Our team will contact the Client by phone as soon as possible to inform them of the situation and jointly seek a personalized solution (replacement with a similar product, waiting for a restock if possible, etc.).
- Sending an e‑mail : In the absence of a telephone response, a detailed e‑mail will be sent to the Client. This e‑mail will present the situation and may include proposals for relevant alternatives, suggested by the person in charge of order preparation.
- Reminder : A reminder by e‑mail will be made after 3 business days without response from the Client.
- Cancellation and refund : If, after a period of 7 calendar days from the first contact, the Client has not responded, the order will be automatically and fully cancelled. The refund will be made without delay to the payment method used for the purchase.
Article 11: Shipping
11.1. Shipping Zones and Methods
ADG Studio delivers in mainland France and internationally. The delivery methods, timeframes and associated costs are detailed on the “Delivery & Returns” page of the Site and are specified to the Client during the ordering process.
11.2. Parcel Returned Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a parcel is returned to ADG Studio because of an erroneous or incomplete delivery address provided by the Client, the costs of re‑shipping the parcel shall be borne exclusively by the Client. If the Client prefers a refund, it will be made after deduction of the initial shipping costs incurred by ADG Studio.
11.3. Unclaimed Parcel at a Pickup Point
If a parcel delivered to a relay point is not claimed by the Client within the time limit set by the carrier, it will be returned to ADG Studio. The Client may then request a re‑shipping (at his/her expense) or a refund of the order. In the case of a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
11.4. Shipping Dispute (Package marked "delivered" but not received)
If the carrier's tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but the Client disputes having received it, the Client must inform ADG Studio's customer service as soon as possible. An official investigation will necessarily be opened with the carrier's services. This procedure may take several weeks.
No refund or return of the order may occur before the conclusion of this investigation. The decision to refund or resend will be made based on the official conclusions rendered by the carrier. It is reminded that the theft of a parcel from a mailbox after a delivery declared compliant by the carrier (deposit verified by the carrier’s scan) does not fall under the responsibility of ADG Studio.
Article 12 : Click & Collect (Retrait en Boutique)
ADG Studio offers a free in‑store pickup service ("Click & Collect").
- Pickup address : ADG Studio Boutique, 15 rue de la Poste, 38000 Grenoble.
- Pickup hours : Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00 non‑stop.
- Public holidays : For pickups on a public holiday, it is strongly recommended to call the store in advance to confirm its exceptional opening.
- Pickup procedure : Pickup is possible within the hour following the receipt of the e‑mail confirming that the order is ready. To pick up the order, the Client must must present a valid identity document in his/her name.
- Their own identity document.
- A photocopy (paper or digital) of the identity document of the Client who placed the order.
- A handwritten and signed power of attorney from the Client, authorizing the third party to collect the order on their behalf.
Article 13: International Shipping and Customs Fees
For any order shipped outside the European Union, the Client is considered the official importer of the products. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or other state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of ADG Studio.
They shall be the exclusive responsibility of the Client and fall under his full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of his country. The Client is advised to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities.
In the event of the Client refusing the parcel upon delivery or of non‑payment of customs fees resulting in the merchandise being returned to ADG Studio, ADG Studio will deduct from the refund the total amount of return fees charged by the carrier as well as any non‑recoverable customs fees that ADG Studio would have advanced to retrieve the parcel.
Article 14: Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
14.1. Deadline and Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalties. The Client must then return the product(s) within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw.
14.2. Strict Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted and the refund to be made, the products must be returned in a brand‑new condition, allowing their resale. They must be:
- New and unworn;
- Unwashed and odor‑free (perfume, cigarette, etc.);
- With all their original tags attached and intact;
- In their original packaging (shoe box, plastic bag, etc.).
The return costs are borne by the Client.
14.3. Non-compliant and Abusive Returns
ADG Studio reserves the right to refuse a return and the associated refund if the above conditions are not met. In the case of a non‑conforming return (worn product, damaged, without tag, etc.), the refund may be denied. The non‑conforming product may be returned to the Client upon request and at the Client’s expense.
Likewise, ADG Studio reserves the right to refuse returns deemed abusive (abnormally high return frequency, suspicion of wearing items before return, etc.) and to block future orders of the concerned client.
Article 15: Gift Vouchers and Store Credits
Gift vouchers and credits issued by ADG Studio, particularly in the context of a return, are subject to the following conditions:
- They have a validity period of one year from their date of issuance.
- They are non‑refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
- They can be used one or multiple times on the Site.
- If the order amount is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance is retained on the voucher and remains usable until its expiration date.
Article 16: Intellectual Property
All elements of the ADG-STUDIO.fr site, whether visual or auditory, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of the company ATELIER DU GRAPHISME or its partners.
Any use, copying, reproduction, or representation, in whole or in part, of the content (including photographs, texts, logos, and graphic creations) created by ADG Studio is strictly and entirely prohibited without prior written authorization. Non‑compliance with this prohibition constitutes infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
The partner brands listed on the Site are registered trademarks. If a representative of a partner brand wishes to request the modification or removal of a visual concerning it, they may contact ADG Studio at the email address: contact@adg-studio.fr.
Article 17: Personal Data and Cookies
17.1. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The company ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, as data controller, commits to protecting the personal data of its Clients. The collected information is necessary for order management, delivery, invoicing, and commercial follow‑up. It may be transferred to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.
The tools used for data processing include, in particular: Shopify Email (for email marketing, on consent), Google Analytics (audience analysis), Meta Pixel (for advertising purposes) and TikTok Pixel (for advertising purposes, the latter being installed but currently inactive).
The use of Shopify and other tools (Google, Meta) based abroad may involve data transfers outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to ensure a level of data protection compliant with European regulations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port, and object to their personal data. They may exercise these rights by writing to contact@adg-studio.fr. Proof of identity may only be requested where there is reasonable doubt as to the requester’s identity and where this is necessary.
17.2. Cookie Policy
Cookies and other trackers that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used without consent where they meet the statutory exemption requirements. Non-essential trackers, in particular those used for advertising or analytics requiring consent, must not be stored or read until the user has given prior consent where required by law.
ADG Studio commits to soon integrate a cookie management banner compliant with the CNIL recommendations (a “soft banner” version) to allow the Client granular control of trackers and to give or withdraw consent in a simple and informed manner for non-essential cookies, notably advertising.
Article 18: Legal Guarantees
All products supplied by ADG Studio benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 et suivants of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et suivants of the Civil Code.
In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. All claims under the legal guarantees must be made by post to the registered office address or by e‑mail to contact@adg-studio.fr.
Article 19: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the transactions arising therefrom are governed by and subject to French law.
19.2. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that could not be amicably resolved by a written claim to our customer service, the consumer client has the right to resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable settlement of the dispute with a professional.
ADG Studio is currently updating the designation of its consumer mediator. The details of the competent mediator will be published on this page once the corresponding agreement has been finalized. Before referring a matter to a mediator, the Customer must first submit a written complaint to customer service at contact@adg-studio.fr in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
Mediation is a confidential, fast (90‑day deadline) and free process for the consumer (except for any attorney or expert fees). The mediator acts with full independence and impartiality to help the parties find a solution. The parties retain the freedom to accept or reject the mediator's proposal and may at any time bring the matter before the competent judge.
19.3. Cross-border Disputes (Former ODR Platform)
The Client is informed that the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (RLL/ODR), which allowed filing a complaint, has been closed to the public since July 20, 2025. For any cross‑border dispute, the Client is invited to contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC‑Net network) of their country or to use directly the aforementioned mediation service.
Article 20: Liability
The liability of ADG Studio cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. Likewise, the Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of breach of its contractual obligations due to an accidental event or a force majeure case as defined in the following article.
Article 21: Force Majeure
ADG Studio shall not be liable for non‑performance or delay in the performance of its obligations when such results from an event constituting a force majeure case within the meaning of article 1218 du Code civil and French case law.
The following are notably considered as force majeure cases, without this list being exhaustive:
- natural or climatic catastrophes (storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, exceptional frost, etc.) ;
- pandemics, epidemics or health crises causing legal or logistical restrictions ;
- acts of war, armed conflicts, civil unrest, terrorist attacks or substantial threats ;
- total or partial strikes, internal or external, affecting ADG Studio, its suppliers or carriers ;
- interruption or failure of communication networks, IT systems, servers or the hosting provider ;
- major blockages or disruptions of transport, supply chains or postal services ;
- governmental, regulatory or administrative decisions preventing the manufacturing, distribution or delivery of products ;
In the event of such an occurrence, ADG Studio will notify the Client as soon as possible by e‑mail, indicating the nature of the situation, its foreseeable consequences and its estimated duration.
During this period, the Seller's obligations are suspended without liability or compensation.
If the event were to extend beyond 60 days consecutive, each party may cancel the concerned order. In that case, ADG Studio will carry out a full refund of the undelivered products, without charge to the Client.
Article 22: Final Provisions
If one or more provisions of these CGV are held to be invalid or declared such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect. The null or invalid clause shall be replaced by the valid clause that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.
The fact that either party does not rely on a breach by the other party of any of the obligations set out in these CGV shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
