TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to ADG Studio™. The terms “we”, “our” and “ours” refer to ADG Studio™, a brand operated by ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, the company publishing the online store ADG‑STUDIO.fr.
We provide you with this site, as well as all the information, tools, features, products and associated services (hereinafter the “Services”), subject to your full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions de service.

By visiting our site or purchasing a product, you use our Services and agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By accepting these Terms, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence.
You are responsible:

  • for the accuracy of the information provided (email, address, payment)

  • for the confidentiality of your credentials

  • for any action performed through your account

You agree not to transfer or sell your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We take particular care in the description and presentation of the products.
However:

  • colors may slightly vary depending on screens,

  • items sometimes originate from our physical store and may show minimal signs of handling (folded tag, hanger, etc.).

All products, their prices and their availability may be changed at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Every order constitutes an offer to purchase. It is considered accepted only after confirmation by ADG Studio™.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse an order,

  • cancel an order in case of a manifest error (price, stock, fraud),

  • request identity verification in case of suspected fraud.

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (Shopify link).

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

Prices :

  • are indicated in euros VAT inclusive (unless otherwise stated),

  • do not include shipping or customs fees,

  • may be changed at any time.

You commit to providing accurate and up‑to‑date payment information.
Any fraud or attempt results in immediate cancellation of the order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are stated in accordance with the information provided when the order is placed.
We are not responsible :

  • for carrier delays,

  • for customs hold-ups,

  • for force majeure events.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the client once handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All ADG Studio™ content (photos, logos, texts, visuals, designs) is protected.
Any reproduction, distribution, commercial use or modification is strictly prohibited without written agreement.

The brands of partner manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We use tools provided by Shopify and other service providers.
They are provided “as is”, without warranty. You are responsible for verifying their terms of use.

SECTION 8 – EXTERNAL LINKS

Our site may contain links to third‑party sites.
We are not responsible for either the content or the practices of those sites.

SECTION 9 – RELATION WITH SHOPIFY

ADG Studio™ uses Shopify to provide the online store.
Transactions are exclusively concluded between you and ADG Studio™.
Shopify is not responsible for any sale or any dispute.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy (link).
Some data may also be processed by Shopify.

You acknowledge that:

  • your data may be transferred outside the EU,

  • Shopify collects data necessary for the operation of the store.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK (REVIEWS & USER CONTENT)

Any review, comment, suggestion or content submitted to ADG Studio™ may be used freely (reproduction, publication, distribution).
You warrant that you hold all necessary rights.

We may delete any illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate comment.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Typographical or descriptive errors may appear.
We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order in case of a manifest error.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

The Services may not be used:

  • for illegal purposes,

  • to harm, harass, commit fraud, defame, or circumvent our protections,

  • to introduce a virus or malicious software,

  • to collect data from other users,

  • to impersonate an identity.

Any violation may result in the immediate closure of the account.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, particularly in the event of a breach of the Terms.

SECTION 15 – WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

  • the absence of errors,

  • continuous operation,

  • unlimited availability.

ADG Studio™ shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit.

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us in the event of a claim related:

  • to a breach of the Terms,

  • to misuse of the site,

  • to infringement of a third party's rights.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If a clause is declared invalid, the others remain applicable.

SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ADG Studio™.

SECTION 19 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without authorization.
ADG Studio™ may assign them freely.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.
The consumer may bring proceedings before the courts having territorial jurisdiction under applicable law, including the court of the place where the consumer lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred.

SECTION 21 – CHANGES

We may modify the Terms at any time.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new version.
