Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to ADG Studio. We are delighted to count you among our customers. These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") are designed to be clear, transparent and to frame our commercial relationship in a spirit of service and mutual satisfaction. They govern all sales concluded between ADG Studio and its customers on the site www.adg-studio.fr. Taking the time to read them ensures a calm and transparent shopping experience.

For the clarity of this document, the following terms are defined as follows:
Seller or ADG Studio: The company ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, operating the e‑commerce site.
Customer: Any adult natural person who is not a merchant making a purchase on the Site.
Site: The website accessible at www.adg-studio.fr.
Product: Any item or service offered for sale on the Site.
Order: The act of purchasing one or more Products by the Customer on the Site.
Parties: The Seller and the Customer, collectively.

Article 1: Seller Identification

Article 2: Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by ADG Studio to the Customer.

They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by ADG Studio with non-professional customers wishing to acquire the products offered for sale on the Site. Any order placed on the Site implies full, unconditional and unconditioned acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force on the day of such order.

ADG Studio reserves the right to modify its Terms and Conditions from time to time. They will be applicable as soon as they are posted online. The version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.

Article 3: Products

3.1. Product Characteristics

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to available stock. ADG Studio takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the Customer. The photographs aim to be as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness with the offered product, especially regarding colors.

3.2. Specificity of Products from the Physical Store

The Client is informed that some products offered on the Site come directly from our physical store located in Grenoble. These items may have been handled or tried on with care. Consequently, they may show very slight signs of handling (for example, slightly folded tags, the presence of a security staple). These particularities should not be considered defects and are part of the purchasing experience of a product from a selection of creators.

3.3. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and health protection reasons, and in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products when they have been unsealed by the Client after delivery:

  • Socks;
  • Underwear;
  • Swimsuits whose hygienic protection strip has been removed;
  • Opened perfumes and cosmetic products.

Any return of these items will be refused if they are not in their original sealed packaging.

Article 4: Price

Product prices are listed in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices.

The listed prices do not include delivery fees, which are charged additionally and shown before final order confirmation.

The price that is binding is the one displayed at the time of cart validation and payment by the Customer. This price is firm and contractual. ADG Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

In case of a display error of a manifestly negligible price (ridiculously low price), whatever the reason (software bug, manual error, etc.), the order, even if it has been validated by ADG Studio, will be cancelled. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may, if they wish, place their order again at the corrected and exact price.

Article 5: Customer Account and Order Process

5.1. Account Creation

The Customer can place an order as a guest or by creating a customer account. Creating an account allows tracking orders and facilitating future purchases. The Customer commits to providing accurate personal information and keeping it up to date.

5.2. Customer Responsibility

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide when ordering, particularly regarding the delivery address. ADG Studio cannot be held liable for the consequences of an error or omission in the provided information (delivery delay, inability to deliver, etc.). The costs incurred for reshipping the order will then be borne by the Customer.

5.3. Gift Orders

ADG Studio is happy to accommodate your special considerations. For a gift order, the Customer can specify this. In that case, no invoice or price mention will be inserted in the package. It is also possible to add a personalized note that will be attached to the order. The Customer is invited to write their message in the space provided for this purpose during the ordering process.

5.4. Billing

An electronic invoice is automatically sent to the Client by email upon validation of their Order. It also remains available upon request from customer service.

5.5. Archiving and Evidence

In accordance with article L. 213-1 of the Consumer Code, for any order exceeding €120, ADG Studio will archive the electronic sales contract for a period of ten years and will guarantee the Client's access to it at any time during that period. The computerized records (connection logs, transactions) kept in the IT systems of ADG Studio and its partners under reasonable security conditions will be considered as evidence of the communications, orders, and payments that occurred between the parties.

Article 6: Pre‑orders

Important information: ADG Studio does not currently offer pre‑order products. This section is intended to apply only if and when this service is activated on the Site. The provisions below are therefore currently inactive.

When a product is offered for pre‑order, the following conditions will apply:

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre‑order.
  • Delivery date: An estimated delivery date will be indicated on the product sheet. This date is provided for information only and is not contractual. ADG Studio commits to keep the Customer informed of any significant changes to the production or delivery schedule.
  • Mixed orders: If an order contains both in‑stock products and pre‑ordered products, the order will be shipped in a single package once all products are available.
  • Cancellation: The Customer may cancel their pre‑order at any time before the product's shipping date by contacting customer service. A full refund will then be issued.
  • Right of withdrawal: The 14‑day right of withdrawal applies from the actual receipt date of the pre‑ordered product, under the same conditions as for an in‑stock product.

Article 7: Payment

7.1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payment for purchases is made in cash on the day of the order. The Customer can pay for their order using the following methods:

  • Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
  • Electronic wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.
  • Payment solutions: Klarna, iDEAL, TWINT.
  • Cryptocurrency: USDC (via the compatible payment platform).
  • Bank transfer: For this payment method, the order will be prepared and shipped only after the funds have been effectively received in ADG Studio’s bank account. The bank details will be provided to the Customer after the order is confirmed.

Cheque payments are not accepted.

7.2. Transaction Security

The Site is secured. The payment process is protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Additionally, for card payments, the 3D Secure security system (or an equivalent protocol such as “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode”) is enabled to authenticate the cardholder and prevent fraud.

Article 8: Fraud Prevention

As part of its fraud prevention policy, ADG Studio uses the Shopify Fraud Analysis tool and reserves the right to verify the validity of payments before shipping the order.

Accordingly, ADG Studio may temporarily freeze an order in case of suspected fraud and reserves the right to require identity and/or address proof (such as a copy of an ID card and a proof of address) to verify the transaction. The order will only be confirmed after receiving and verifying the submitted documents.

If the Client refuses to provide these documents, or if the documents do not allow the identity of the order author and the reality of their domicile to be established with certainty, the order will be automatically cancelled and no charge will be made.

ADG Studio also reserves the right to block or cancel orders from a client account that shows repeated or proven fraud attempts.

Article 9: Retention of Title

The products remain the full and complete property of ADG Studio until full and effective payment of the price, principal, fees and taxes included. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the Client, upon delivery, of the risk of loss or damage to the purchased goods as well as any damages they may cause.

Article 10: Product Availability and Stock Management

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock. Stock management is shared with our physical store, so an unexpected stock shortage may exceptionally occur (for example, in case of simultaneous sales in store and online).

In such an event, ADG Studio commits to implement the following procedure, designed to offer the Client the best possible service:

  1. Priority contact by phone: Our team will contact the Customer by phone as soon as possible to inform them of the situation and jointly look for a personalized solution (replacement with a similar product, waiting for a restock if possible, etc.).
  2. Sending an email: If there is no telephone response, a detailed email will be sent to the Customer. This email will present the situation and may include relevant alternative proposals, suggested by the person in charge of order preparation.
  3. Follow‑up: A follow‑up email will be sent after 3 business days without a response from the Customer.
  4. Cancellation and refund: If, after a period of 7 calendar days from the first contact, the Customer has not responded, the order will be automatically and fully cancelled. The refund will be processed promptly to the payment method used for the purchase.

Article 11: Delivery

11.1. Areas and Delivery Methods

ADG Studio ships within mainland France and internationally. Delivery methods, timelines, and associated costs are detailed on the "Shipping & Returns" page of the Site and are specified to the Customer during the ordering process.

11.2. Package returned due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to ADG Studio due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer, the cost of re‑shipping the package will be borne exclusively by the Customer. If the Customer prefers a refund, it will be processed after deducting the original shipping costs incurred by ADG Studio.

11.3. Unclaimed package at Relay Point

If a parcel delivered to a relay point is not claimed by the Customer within the time limit set by the carrier, it will be returned to ADG Studio. The Customer may then request a reshipment (at their expense) or a refund of the order. In the case of a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

11.4. Delivery Dispute (Parcel marked as "delivered" but not received)

If the carrier's tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but the Customer disputes having received it, the Customer must inform ADG Studio's customer service as soon as possible. An official investigation will necessarily be opened with the carrier's services. This procedure may take several weeks.

No refund or return of the order may occur before the conclusion of this investigation. The decision to refund or reship will be made based on the official conclusions issued by the carrier. It is reminded that the theft of a parcel from a mailbox after a delivery declared compliant by the carrier (deposit verified by the courier's scan) is not the responsibility of ADG Studio.

Article 12: Click & Collect (In‑Store Pickup)

ADG Studio offers a free in‑store pickup service ("Click & Collect").

  • Holidays : For pickups on a holiday, it is highly recommended to call the store beforehand to confirm its exceptional opening.
  • Pickup procedure : Pickup is possible within one hour after receiving the email confirming the order is ready. To collect the order, the Client must present a valid identification document in their name.
  • Pickup by a third party : If the Client wishes to have the order collected by another person, that person must present:
    • Their own identification document.
    • A photocopy (paper or digital) of the identification document of the Client who placed the order.
    • A handwritten and signed power of attorney from the Client, authorizing the third party to collect the order on their behalf.
  • Storage period : The order is kept in the store for a period of 30 calendar days from the email confirming availability. After this period, and without any action from the Client, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Article 13: International Delivery and Customs Fees

For any order shipped outside the European Union, the Customer is considered the official importer of the products. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or other state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of ADG Studio.

They will be the exclusive responsibility of the Customer and fall under his full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of his country. The Customer is advised to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities.

In case the Customer refuses the package upon delivery or fails to pay customs fees resulting in the merchandise being returned to ADG Studio, ADG Studio will deduct from the refund the total amount of return fees charged by the carrier as well as any non-recoverable customs fees that ADG Studio would have advanced to retrieve the package.

Article 14: Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

14.1. Timeframe and Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The Customer must then return the product(s) within 14 days following the communication of their decision to withdraw.

14.2. Strict Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted and the refund processed, the products must be returned in a brand-new condition, allowing their resale. They must be:

  • New and unworn;
  • Unwashed and odor‑free (perfume, cigarette, etc.);
  • With all original tags attached and intact;
  • In their original packaging (shoe box, plastic bag, etc.).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

14.3. Non‑conforming Return and Abusive Returns

ADG Studio reserves the right to refuse a return and the associated refund if the above conditions are not met. In the case of a non‑conforming return (worn product, damaged, without tag, etc.), the refund may be refused. The non‑conforming product may be sent back to the Customer upon request and at their expense.

Similarly, ADG Studio reserves the right to refuse returns deemed abusive (abnormally high return frequency, suspicion of wearing items before return, etc.) and to block future orders from the concerned customer.

Article 15: Vouchers and Credits

Vouchers and credits issued by ADG Studio, particularly in the context of a return, are subject to the following conditions:

  • They are valid for one year from their date of issuance.
  • They are non‑refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
  • They can be used one or multiple times on the Site.
  • If the order amount is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance is retained on the voucher and remains usable until its expiration date.

Article 16: Intellectual Property

All elements of the ADG-STUDIO.fr website, whether visual or auditory, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of ATELIER DU GRAPHISME or its partners.

Any use, copying, reproduction, or representation, in whole or in part, of the content (including photographs, texts, logos, and graphic creations) created by ADG Studio is strictly and completely prohibited without prior written authorization. Failure to respect this prohibition constitutes infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.

The partner brands mentioned on the Site are registered trademarks. If a representative of a partner brand wishes to request the modification or removal of a visual concerning them, they can contact ADG Studio at the email address: contact@adg-studio.fr.

Article 17: Personal Data and Cookies

17.1. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

ATELIER DU GRAPHISME, as the data controller, is committed to protecting its Clients' personal data. The information collected is necessary for order management, delivery, invoicing and commercial follow‑up. It may be transferred to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for service and order execution for their management, execution, processing and payment.

The tools used for data processing include, in particular: Shopify Email (for email marketing, with consent), Google Analytics (audience analysis), Meta Pixel (for advertising purposes) and TikTok Pixel (for advertising purposes, the latter being installed but currently inactive).

The use of Shopify and other tools (Google, Meta) based abroad may involve data transfers outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to ensure a level of data protection that complies with European regulations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Client has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to their personal data. They can exercise this right by writing to contact@adg-studio.fr, attaching proof of their identity.

17.2. Cookie Policy

The site does not yet have a complete consent management module. While awaiting its deployment, only cookies strictly necessary for the site's operation (shopping cart, user session) and certain analytics cookies exempt from consent are used by default.

ADG Studio commits to soon integrate a cookie management banner compliant with the CNIL's recommendations (a “soft banner” version) to allow the Client granular control over trackers and to give or withdraw consent in a simple and informed manner for non-essential cookies, notably advertising ones.

Article 18: Legal Guarantees

All products supplied by ADG Studio benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All claims under the legal guarantees must be made by post to the head office address or by email to contact@adg-studio.fr.

Article 19: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

19.1. Applicable Law

These General Terms of Sale and the transactions arising from them are governed by and subject to French law.

19.2. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in case of a dispute that could not be resolved amicably through a written claim to our customer service, the consumer client has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to achieve an amicable resolution of the dispute with a professional.

ADG Studio adheres to the following mediator service, referenced by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (CECMC):

Mediation is a confidential, swift (90‑day deadline) and free process for the consumer (excluding any possible lawyer or expert fees). The mediator acts independently and impartially to help the parties find a solution. The parties retain the freedom to accept or reject the mediator’s proposal and may at any time bring the matter before the competent judge.

19.3. Cross‑Border Disputes (Former RLL Platform)

The Client is informed that the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (RLL/ODR), which allowed filing a complaint, has been closed to the public since July 20, 2025. For any cross‑border dispute, the Client is invited to contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC‑Net network) of their country or to use directly the aforementioned mediation service.

Article 20: Liability

ADG Studio's liability cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, notably a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. Likewise, the Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of breach of its contractual obligations due to an unforeseen event or a force majeure case as defined in the following article.

Article 21: Force Majeure

ADG Studio cannot be held responsible for non‑performance or delay in the performance of its obligations when this results from an event constituting a force majeure case within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code and French case law.

The following are considered force majeure cases, without limitation to this list:

  • natural or climatic catastrophes (storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, exceptional frost, etc.);
  • pandemics, epidemics or health crises causing legal or logistical restrictions;
  • acts of war, armed conflicts, civil unrest, attacks or substantial threats;
  • total or partial strikes, internal or external, affecting ADG Studio, its suppliers or carriers;
  • interruption or failure of communication networks, IT systems, servers or the hosting provider;
  • major blockages or disruptions of transport, supply chains or postal services;
  • governmental, regulatory or administrative decisions preventing the manufacturing, distribution or delivery of products;
  • objective inability to be supplied despite reasonable efforts and considered alternative solutions.

In the event of such an occurrence, ADG Studio will notify the Client as soon as possible by e‑mail, indicating the nature of the situation, its foreseeable consequences and its estimated duration.


During this period, the Seller's obligations are suspended without liability or compensation.
If the event were to extend beyond 60 consecutive days, each party may cancel the affected order. In that case, ADG Studio will fully refund the undelivered products, at no cost to the Client.

Article 22: Final Provisions

If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or declared such in application of a law, regulation or as a result of a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect. The null or invalid clause shall be replaced by the valid clause that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.

The fact that either party does not invoke a breach by the other party of any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
